On a 33’ wide lot in the Central Lonsdale area of North Vancouver, Shorehouse achieved the Leed for Homes Platinum rating. Green features included mineral wool insulation over 2x6 wall framing, an efficient air sourced heat pump, a rain water harvesting system and extensive use of reclaimed materials.
